Peggy's ClassPeggy Cappy has created a series of four Yoga For The Rest of Us videos for PBS. Peggy's special gift is the ability to adapt traditional yoga poses so they can be done by anyone.

Peggy's oldest student is more than one hundred years young. The average age in her Gentle Stretch Yoga class is over 80. Peggy's gentle yoga is easy yoga that you can do regardless of your age or ability.

Even though the title of the new program concerns heart health, this video is a fabulous anti-stress yoga sequence, presented in her gentle style that everybody can do. Two separate workouts are included: Classical version or a modified version with a chair. This is a versatile yoga practice, based on Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar).
